3. Photos and AI-Generated Images

You retain your rights to photographs you upload. By uploading an image, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use it and authorize us to process it to provide our services.

Original uploaded photographs are not retained on our website after processing is complete. Generated images may be stored in your account history.

You are responsible for how you use and distribute uploaded and generated content. You must not use our services to violate the rights of others or create unlawful content.

AI-generated results may vary, and we do not guarantee that every image will meet your expectations or be unique.

4. Payments and Generation Credits

Payments for additional generations are processed through PayPal.

Generation credits are associated with your account, are non-transferable, and have no cash value. Purchases are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

If a generation fails, purchased credits are missing, or you experience a payment problem, please contact us at support@lookatme.today so we can review the issue.

5. Intellectual Property
